The penultimate battle in our Greatest Formula Renault Graduate Quarter-Finals draw will see Poland’s Robert Kubica challenging Finland’s Valtteri Bottas.

Voting is open for 24 hours just until Friday May 29th, 14:00 CET. The Quarter-Finals results will be announced at the conclusion of the round on Monday June 1st.

Robert Kubica
The rich career of Robert Kubica began with a learning year in Formula Renault, followed by a run for the Italian title in his second season. After a stint in F3, he returned to the Renault scene in 2005 to become the first-ever driver crowned in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series. This led to his first taste of F1 power with Renault F1 Team before his debut in the pinnacle during the 2006 season and his one and only win at the 2008 Canadian Grand Prix.

Valtteri Bottas
Following a successful karting career, Valtteri Bottas chose Formula Renault to make his single-seater debut. Fast from the word go, Valtteri quickly found his way to the podium before doing the Formula Renault Eurocup - Formula Renault North European Cup double against Daniel Ricciardo and Antonio Felix da Costa in 2008. Four years later, he made his Grand Prix debut with Williams-Renault. The Finn was runner-up in the 2019 Formula 1 World Championship and has seven GP victories to his credit.
