Customer Racing Activities – 2025/#32
The Clio Rally range continues to shine on the roads of Europe and South America. From Denmark to Peru, via Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy and Slovenia, the different models continue to prove their competitiveness with new class victories and impressive overall performances on all surfaces.
Danish Rally Championship
The tarmac stages of the Rally Juelsminde, round three of the season, saw Clio Rally3 finish second overall with Madsen Jacob Leutenberger and Line Nedergaard. Only beaten by a Rally2 car, the duo won in RC3 to complete a 1-2 finish for the model in this class. All nine Clio Rally5s entered finished, led by Jacob Egholm and Rikke Pilgaard Petersen in RC5.
Slovenian Rally Championship
Clio Rally3 and Clio Rally5 triumphed in round four of the campaign at the Rally Dolina zelenega zlata. Mitja Glasenčnik and Matej Pistotnik won the D4 class while also finishing fourth overall in their Clio Rally3. As a result, the Slovenian driver moves into the top five in the championship and extends his lead in D4. Meanwhile, Clio Rally5 scored a double class hat-trick led by Mitja Velkavrh and Nina Velkavrh Gorenc.
French Rally Cup
Clio Rally3 and Clio Rally5 continued their winning streak in France, winning their respective classes at Rallye d’Autun La Châtaigne with Fabrice Martin - Emma Collet and Aymeric Lenoir - Florian Hosson, at Rallye de Saint-Germain-la-Campagne with Arnaud Gautier - Édouard Dubos and Margot Pottier - Flora Mercière, and at Rallye des Vallées thanks to Charles Thonnelier - Aurélien Jacquot and Alexandre Beaufils - Alexandre Richert. In the latter event, Clio Rally4 also finished on the podium with Sylvain Fouteret and Christophe Bertrand.
Meanwhile, Clio Rally4 and Clio Rally5 shone at Rallye des 12 Travaux d’Hercule with Alex Gandrieau - Mallaurie Gardrat and Noah Faucher - Sylvie Chapuis. Lastly, Paul Dachicourt drove his Clio Rally5 to victory with Jade Gaston in Rallye du Boulonnais before his next outing in the Clio Trophy France Asphalte at Rallye Mont-Blanc Morzine.
German Rally Cup
Clio Rally4 secured a double overall top five finish and a one-two in RC4 at the ADAC Rallye Oberehe with the crews Felix Schumann − Gino Kruhs and Max Schumann − Ann Felke. Clio Rally3 also excelled, dominating RC3 with the duos Klaus Osterhaus − Natalie Solbach-Schmidt and Felix Griebel − Sabrina Türk, whilst Clio Rally5 swept the top-three places in RC5 led by Tim Wacker and Luca Kiefer. After eight rallies and with five rounds to go, Tim Wacker leads the DMSB Rally Cup, the Pirelli Cup and the Renault Sindermann Cup with Clio Rally5.
And elsewhere…
In Peru, Clio Rally3 scored another class victory and second place overall with Carlos Fernández and Manuel Núñez at Rally Premio Ciudad de Arequipa. In Finland, the model also set the pace with Charles Tsjoen and Anton Dupan in the Enset Oy Ralli. In Denmark, the Clio Rally3 driven by Carsten Jensen and Michael Fasterholdt and the Clio Rally5 of Johnni Bragenholt Christensen and Julie Knudsen won at round three of the MRF Dansk Rally Sprint Cup Vest. Meanwhile, Clio Rally5 won with Jonathan Georges and Grégory Libioul at Rallye de la Famenne (Belgium) and with Lorenzo Papalini and Stefano Tiraboschi at round three of the Rally in Circuit (Italy).
