The fifth generation of Renault Clio rally cars continues to excel around the world, with victories and podium finishes in more than ten national championships in a single weekend!
Clio Trophy Galicia
The Clio Trophy Galicia saw its third different winner in as many rounds this season with a maiden win for Yago Martínez and Melisa Lorenzo. Winner of last year’s Dacia Sandero Eco Cup Galicia, the Spaniard led from start to finish and finished in the top five overall at Rally Sur do Condado. Alvaro Pérez and Irene Caso took second place by less than a second ahead of Marco Lorenzo and Diego Gil. Fourth-placed Alvaro Castro retains the lead in the general classification heading into Rallye Comarca do Carballiño (26-27 September).
Brazilian Rally Championship
Clio Rally4 continued its impressive run in Brazil with victory for Leandro Brustolin and Andrey Karpinski at the Rally da Graciosa. Leading the event after the first two special stages, the Brazilians went on to win three more stages despite several setbacks, ultimately securing victory in Rally 4 and finishing sixth overall in round three of the calendar. This performance sees them extend their lead at the top of their category in the championship.
Czech Republic Rally Championship
The Bohemia Rally saw Jakub Kořínek and Alexandra Škodová extend their winning streak with a fourth victory in as many rounds this season on the national scene. Leading a one-two finish for Clio Rally5 in RC5, the duo further increased their lead in the championship. Sixth in RC4 I with Clio Rally4, Filip Ocelka and Tomáš Plachý remain firmly in contention for the titles in their class and two-wheel drive.
Dutch Rally Championship
Clio Rally3 and Clio Rally5 also impressed in the Netherlands with another two class wins at the NED GTC Rally. In round five of the season, Willem Wouter Overbeek and Joyce Ruiter led a Clio Rally3 block out of the top five in RC3 while also finishing in the overall top ten. Max van Empel and Eddy Smeets led a sweep of the top six in RC5.
Finnish Rally Championship
Round five of the season, the SM O.K. Auto-Ralli saw Clio Rally3 secure a double podium finish in SM2 with the duos Ville Vatanen - Jarno Ottman and Joosep Ralf Nõgene - Aleks Lesk. Clio Rally4 enjoyed even more success with victories in SM3 and NRC3 for Jarkko Nikara and Tomiya Maekawa. The latter pair are now second in the SM3 general classification ahead of the final two rounds of the calendar.
French Gravel Rally Championship
Eighteen crews put their trust in Clio for the Rallye Terre de Découverte. Clio Rally3 continued its flawless run on the national scene with a sweep of the top five led by Sylvain Cachod and Camille Gautron, who also won the FFSA GT2i Terre Trophy. Clio Rally5 was not to be outdone with the victory for Anthony Rovina and Audrey Nesta, who also finished runners-up in the two-wheel drive category against numerous models from superior classes.
Italian Junior Rally Championship
On the gravel roads of the San Marino Rally, Mattia Ricciu came out on top in a field composed entirely of Clio Rally5 cars prepared by Motorsport Italia. The Italian avoided mistakes to claim his maiden victory with co-driver Giovanni Mazzone. Despite an off, Sebastian Dallapiccola and Fabio Andrian finished second ahead of Giacomo Marchioro and Daniele Conti, who are the new championship leaders after their podium finish on home soil. The next round is Rally del Lazio (13-14 September).

Luxembourg Rally Championship
Clio Rally3 and Clio Rally5 each scored a category one-two result with German crews at the Rallye Lëtzebuerg, the fourth round of 2025. In RC3, Klaus Werner and Frank Christian won Rally3 ahead of countrymen Josef Wecker and Stefan Clemens. In RC5, Alexander Kazmierzak and Tobias Andres led Clio Rally5 to victory ahead of Reiner Ernst and Julian Birtel in a similar model.
Peruvian Rally Championship
Clio Rally5 continued its perfect season on the Peruvian special stages, securing its third consecutive victory with Horacio Cánepa and Ricardo Figueroa at Rally Ciudad de los Volcanes. Leading from start to finish in Rally5, the duo capitalised on this latest success to extend their lead in the championship.
Romanian Rally Championship
The Raliul Sibiului was the setting for the second victory of the season in RO 5 for the Clio Rally5 driven by Samuil Mircea and George Marinescu. The pair also scored their third consecutive win in the Clio Rally5 Challenge, while the model also took the Novices category with David Marcu and Rareș Badea.
Turkish Rally Championship
Round four of the year, the Kapadokya Rallisi saw Clio Rally5 win in RC5 and finish third in two-wheel drive with Ugur Kaban and Melih Uygur. The model also finished on the podium in the Women’s category with Sevcan Sagiroglu and Güray Akgün. At the same time, Clio Rally3 secured a top-ten finish overall with Kemal Sener and Emīls Blūms.
French Rally Cup
In France, the Clio Rally3, Clio Rally4, and Clio Rally5 all won the Rallye Le Mans, respectively, with Arnaud Gautier - Édouard Dubos, Thomas Bordagaray - Brice Ricou, and Noah Faucher - Sylvie Chapuis. Clio Rally3 and Clio Rally5 enjoyed the same success at the Rallye du 14 Juillet with Mickaël Caritey - Anthony Fernandes and Frédéric Aizier - Ophélie Beluche, whilst Clio Rally4 secured a podium finish in its class courtesy of Cédric Racine and Guillaume Boivin.
And elsewhere…
Clio Rally3 won in Italy with Alessandro Ciardi and Alessandro Tondini at Rally Internazionale del Casentino. On the same roads, Hermann Gaßner Sr and Karin Thannhäuser drove the model to third place in the Mitropa Championship, whilst Clio Rally5 dominated its category with Marco Nicoletti and Veronica Modolo.
Clio Rally4 made a strong showing in Sweden with a podium finish and victory in the two-wheel drive category for Simon and Östen Andersson at the Svampasprinten. The model also triumphed in Portugal with a P2-4 victory for Kamran Lamba and Laura Ferreira at the Rampa Regional do Porto da Cruz.
Lastly, Clio Rally5 won with Nicolas Blerot and Olivier Grégoire at the B-Short in Bercheux (Belgium), Luca Volontè and Mattia Pozzoli at Rally Valle Arroscia (Italy) as well as José Machado and Pedro Santana at the AMF Mobilidade Rally Series Ponte de Lima (Portugal).
