Formula Renault 3.5 Series: Rowland and Vaxiviere back on top
After a scoreless round at Monaco, Matthieu Vaxiviere (Lotus) rebounded in the best possible way at Spa-Francorchamps. The Lotus F1 Junior Team driver was fastest in practice and he won the pole position for the first race, despite losing the lead of the race at the start. Sunday, Oliver Rowland (Fortec Motorsports) made great strides in winning the race and moving to the top of the general classification. Matthieu Vaxiviere and Jazeman Jaafar (Fortec Motorsports) are close behind the Englishman.

Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0: first wins for Sasahara and Hughes, Delétraz still leads
Fastest in the collective tests, Jake Hughes (Koiranen GP) started from pole on the day of his 21st birthday, but he was overtaken by Ukyo Sasahara (ART Junior Team) in the first metres of the race and who became the first Japanese driver to win in the category since Kamui Kobayashi in 2005. He also won the pole the following day, but Jake Hughes managed to get his revenge in taking the lead on the very last lap to score his maiden win in the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0. Anthoine Hubert (Tech 1 Racing) and Matevos Isaakyan (JD Motorsport) also picked up podium results. Forced to drop out on Sunday, Louis Delétraz still leads the general classification.

Renault Sport Trophy: already making history
In the competition debut of the Renault Sport R.S. 01, the duo of David Fumanelli and Dario Capitanio (Oregon Team #8) won ahead of the tandem of Luciano Bacheta and Niccolò Nalio (Oregon Team #6), making it a one-two finish for the Jerry Canevisio and Piergiorgio Testa run team. Starting from pole position, Richard Gonda and Andrea Pizzitola (ART Junior Team #2) finished third. On Sunday, the Dutch drivers and teams monopolised the honours with the sprint race victory in Prestige going to Diederik Sijthoff (V8 Racing) and the Elite win taken by Steijn Schothorst (Equipe Verschuur). Local drivers, Wolfgang Reip (Monlau Competicion) and Sarah Bovy (Monlau Competicion) finished on the podium in Elite and Prestige respectively. At 26 years of age, Sarah Bovy becomes the first female driver to create such a feat in a race in the World Series by Renault.

In two weeks, the World Series by Renault will head to Hungary for the third meeting of the 2015 season. The Hungaroring will host the Renault Sport Trophy, Formula Renault 3.5 Series and Eurocup Formula 2.0 on June 13 &14.
